SITE COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in construction management, building construction, or engineering is preferred.

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction required.

  • Strong business and communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the quality of work and budget costs.

  • Communicating with clients, developers, architects, and engineers.

  • Preparing work schedules for contractors and labourers.

  • Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.

  • Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.

  • Visiting and inspecting building sites.

  • Reporting on progress and challenges.

  • Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.

  • Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.

SALES EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant sales experience in Interior Fit-Outs for Retail, Office and Residential Must have strong-in-depth knowledge in Interior Design / Fitting-Out works

  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills

  • Language fluency is necessary, minimum bilingual.

  • Possess own vehicle prefer

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resourceful in prospecting for new project sales & achieving sales target given

  • Involve in project management, such as coordinating project activities with contractors and supplies to ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule

  • To ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with the clients and attending to customers' complaints and concerns.

  • Coordinate the external scheduling for service / project works with clients.

  • Communicates and works closely with the other project departments.

  • To take on any other ad hoc project as and when assigned by the Management and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Communicates and works closely with the other project departments.

  • Prepare contracts, project schedule, submissions and other relevant documents
