SITE COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in construction management, building construction, or engineering is preferred.

  • 2-5 years of experience in construction required.

  • Strong business and communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the quality of work and budget costs.

  • Communicating with clients, developers, architects, and engineers.

  • Preparing work schedules for contractors and labourers.

  • Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.

  • Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.

  • Visiting and inspecting building sites.

  • Reporting on progress and challenges.

  • Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.

  • Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.

ASSISTANT SITE SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM or Fresh Graduate.

  • Good time management and responsibility

  • Excellent communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to supervise construction work.

  • Assist site supervisor with the daily operation

  • Liaising with the main contractor for coordination work.

  • Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress.

  • Report to Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator

SALES COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENT:

  • Possess experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or other relevant fields.

  • Good communication and writing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, customer-oriented and a great team player.

  • Must possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff

  • Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff

  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures

  • Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers

  • Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
