SITE COORDINATOR
REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in construction management, building construction, or engineering is preferred.

2-5 years of experience in construction required.

Strong business and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the quality of work and budget costs.

Communicating with clients, developers, architects, and engineers.
-
Preparing work schedules for contractors and labourers.
-
Identifying, developing, and utilizing the talent pool to maximize productivity and quality of work.
-
Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints.
-
Visiting and inspecting building sites.
-
Reporting on progress and challenges.
-
Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.
-
Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work.

ASSISTANT SITE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM or Fresh Graduate.

Good time management and responsibility

Excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to supervise construction work.

Assist site supervisor with the daily operation
-
Liaising with the main contractor for coordination work.

Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress.

Report to Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator

REQUIREMENT:

Possess experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or other relevant fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assigning territories and quotas to company sales staff

Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff

Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures

Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
