We liaise with architects & government council to structure your dream housing plan. We practice effective planning to give you more for less.

We plans and oversee construction projects from start to finish along with collaborating with your architects, Interior designer and etc.

No matter minor works from needing a new kitchen to a new home side extension , we will be there

What is your service area?

Most of our services are around the Klang Valley area. We also do out of state, drop us a message for more information
Is there a contract?

Yes, before any work is confirmed we will prep a contract to ensure both the contractor's and the client's agreements are in line.
Can I get a drawing of the project?

Yes, we will always create simple layout plans for client and contractor use. More drawings will be done if there is more work that requires detail like plumbing, M&E, furniture, extension work, etc...
Will I be getting work progress report or pictures?

Absolutely, just let us know if you want more pictures of the site work and we will be happy to send them to you.
Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?

We do have our own crew for construction works. Any electrical, plaster ceiling, plumbing, etc..., we had trusted subcontractors that have been with us for many years on many projects. The client can also hire their trusted tiling, and aircon contractors, or any other contractors, and we will be happy to liaise with them for the projects
Who is responsible for getting the necessary permits?

Usually, the clients will have to get the necessary permits from the council or management. We will be happy to assist you if there are any questions or need any assistance with any paperwork.
